Delivering Nourishment and Comfort
Since 1974, Meals on Wheels has been providing nourishment to any Ridgefield resident who cannot prepare their own meals: the elderly, disabled and infirm, even those with short term needs such as recovery from surgery or illness. We have no age or income restrictions. Effective May 1, 2021, all meals are free of charge.
Our part-time staff and over 175 volunteers planned, prepared and delivered 53,000 meals last year. We couldn’t operate without their generosity and kindness. You too can help make a difference to Ridgefield residents in need.
We need to raise nearly $400,000
per year to cover our operating expenses
