Touchdowns for Tomorrow Raises $5,000 for Local Nonprofits

Ridgefield youth football players are giving back to their community — one touchdown at a time.

Touchdowns for Tomorrow, a program started within the Ridgefield Youth Football League, helped raised $4,757 this past season.

Third grade players raised $1,026 for the RVNA; fourth graders raised $675 for We Will Ride Therapeutic Horse Riding; fifth graders raised $2,000 for the Boys & Girls Club; sixth graders raised $457 for the Molly Ann Tango Foundation; and the seventh grade team raised $600 for Meals on Wheels.
